A calendar that knows your rules
Working hours, days off and booking limits are set once.
ascrm keeps lessons, students, instructors and every payment in one place, built for driving schools in Moldova.
Attendance is signed with a pencil in the car, then retyped in the office.
Balances live in a spreadsheet and in someone’s head, so reminders get forgotten.
Hours are rebuilt from notebooks, and one wrong hour becomes an argument.
From the booking to the instructor’s pay, nothing gets copied by hand.
A lesson goes into the calendar. A car or an instructor can’t be booked twice.
The student scans the QR code or taps the NFC tag in the car.
Every payment gets a numbered receipt, and the debtors list stays current.
Payroll is worked out from the lessons that were actually taught.
Set your rules once. The calendar and the fleet keep to them, so the office stops being the referee.
Open any tile to watch the real screen.
Working hours, days off and booking limits are set once.
Service, ITP and insurance dates sit next to each car.
From the first reminder to the refund, the rules are yours and the system applies them the same way every time.
Know who owes what, and let the reminders go out on their own.
Set the rules once and they apply to every lesson.
Every payment is recorded once and can be traced.
Payroll, exam registration and the audit trail all come from the same records, so nothing is typed twice.
Hours come from the lessons that were actually taught.
The RUICVF group number, exam dates, protocol and results live on the group.
Bookings, payments, refunds and payroll are logged with who did them and when.
No more paper sheet passed to the student to sign. A QR code or NFC tag on the dashboard marks the lesson attended from their phone with a single scan, and the CRM keeps the record.

Each car gets its own code from the Cars page. Print the QR, or write the same link to an NFC tag.
The student scans with the camera in the app, taps the NFC tag, or opens the code with the phone’s own camera. ascrm checks that it is their lesson, in this car, within an hour of the start time.
That one scan marks the lesson as taken and the student as present. Instructors can do it for a student without a phone.

No. Each school is a separate organisation, and every request is checked against it. Staff only see what their role allows, and student documents are stored privately.
Every car carries a QR code or NFC tag. The student scans it with their phone, once per lesson. ascrm matches the scan to the booked lesson, marks it attended, and can warn about or block a student with an overdue balance.
Nothing while we onboard the first schools. We will talk about pricing with you before anything changes.
